How the World Will Know: Our Love for One Another (18th May 2025 Sermon)

How do we show the world that we are Christians? “Love one another” is a general command, but the Lord Jesus gives the disciples a new command: “Love one another as I have loved you; by this, all men will know that you are my disciples.” Jesus loved Judas, Peter, and all the other disciples, even knowing they would betray, deny, and abandon Him. We are called to love others even when they hurt us. It is very difficult, but what option do we have other than to continue to love one another, because we are disciples of the Divine Master and Lord?
